Hello, my name is Paul Lee and I am the local Thrive Consultant® for the Thrive Programme in Wolverhampton and the West Midlands area, including Shropshire and South Staffordshire.

The Thrive Programme is a research-backed psychological training course that can help you overcome limiting beliefs & improve mental health, resilience and well-being. The Thrive Programme creates a new paradigm to overcoming mental health problems and is at least as effective, if not MORE effective, than many therapeutic interventions which take the philosophical stance that mental health problems are ‘beyond’ the capabilities of the person to solve without ‘medicalised’ intervention.

Thrive considers that almost all traditionally labelled mental health problems are solvable by the person who is experiencing them by learning how to better manage their core beliefs and un-helpful thinking ‘styles’ that otherwise provide a foundation for negative experience.

I have been helping people to beat problems, overcome obstacles and improve their lives since 1988, both on an individual one-to-one basis as well as in the business sector.

By understanding how your belief systems lead directly to a range of negative feelings, emotions and perceptions you will learn how to make practical and fundamental shifts that transform your experience!

Thrive Programme ProcessTypically requiring 10 hours of work over 6 – 10 sessions with a Thrive Consultant, you will follow a structured psycho-educational programme that will allow you to make significant changes at the most fundamental level. Limiting Beliefs
